Vattanac Capital Tower
It is owned by Vattanac Properties Limited, an affiliate of the Vattanac Bank. The construction started in 2009, topped out on May 10, 2012, and was estimate to reach completion in late 2012. The tower is a 188-metre and one of the few high-rise buildings in Cambodia.The tower will provide serviced apartments, retail space, office space, a rooftop outdoor bar and a car park. The Vattanac Bank will place their headquarters office in this building when completed.
